Who we are

A high street office, not a call centre.

Nine people, one office on Montpellier Parade, and a rule we have kept for twenty-one years: the person who values your home is the person who sells it.

We photograph every house ourselves, write the particulars in plain English, and hold two open-house weekends a month. No call-centre scripts, no stock photos, no twelve-week exclusivity tie-ins — our agreements run for four weeks and then roll monthly.

  • Accompanied viewings seven days a week
  • Floor plans, EPC and drone photography included
  • Recommended solicitors and surveyors at fixed fees
  • Progress calls every Friday until exchange

What sellers say

318 reviews, 4.9 out of 5.

“We had two valuations from the big chains who never came back. Hearthstone valued on the Tuesday, photographed on the Wednesday and had eleven viewings booked by Friday.”

R. and M. Ellison · Duchy Road, sold at £1.62m

“Priya talked me out of a higher asking price that would have sat on the market. It sold in nine days at 101% of the figure she gave me.”

J. Whitaker · Knaresborough, sold at £385,000

“Six months of chain chaos and someone rang me every Friday without fail. That is worth more than a two-percent fee.”
