What we treat
Everything below is delivered at Elmfield Road by our own clinicians and nurses. You can book any of it directly — we will tell you honestly if you would be better served elsewhere.
Thirty or forty-five minutes with a UK-trained GP, same clinician each visit. Acute illness, long-term conditions, prescriptions, referrals and sick notes.
Bloods, ECG, blood pressure, BMI and urine analysis run in our own laboratory, with a doctor-led interpretation session ten working days later.
Contraception, HRT and menopause reviews, cervical screening, fertility advice and smear catch-ups with a GP who specialises in women's health.
HPC-registered physiotherapists with a gym on site. Sports injuries, post-operative rehab, back and neck pain, plus shockwave for tendon problems.
Mole checks with dermoscopy, eczema and acne management, cryotherapy, and same-day removal of cysts and skin lesions under local anaesthetic.
A full travel risk assessment, antimalarials, and a stocked vaccine fridge covering yellow fever, typhoid, rabies, Japanese encephalitis and more.
How it works
We built Clearview around the parts of private healthcare that usually frustrate people: the waiting, the jargon, and never seeing the same face twice.
Use the booking card above, or call reception between 08:00 and 20:00. You will get a named clinician, a time, and a text confirmation the same day.
Forty minutes as standard. Your GP takes a full history rather than a three-line summary, examines you, and books any tests before you leave the room.
Most bloods are reported within 48 hours and the same doctor rings you with them — what the numbers mean, what is normal for you, and what happens next.
You keep the same clinician for follow-ups, and if you need a consultant we refer into our network at Bromley, London Bridge and Tunbridge Wells — usually within a week.

Reviews are collected independently after every appointment and published unedited. These are three of the 1,240.
★★★★★
“I had a mole checked on a Tuesday and removed the following Monday. Dr Hart rang me herself with the histology, which I did not expect from a private clinic. Worth every penny.”
Rachel M. · Shortlands, Bromley
★★★★★
“Forty minutes, not ten. Dr Rahman went through my father's bloods line by line and wrote everything down so we could take it to the cardiologist. That level of care is rare.”
Anil P. · Beckenham, Kent
★★★★★
“Booked through Bupa with no fuss at all, seen in two days, and the shoulder pain I had carried for a year was properly diagnosed in one session.”
Deborah K. · Chislehurst, Kent

No. Around two thirds of the people we see book directly without telling anyone else. If you are registered with an NHS practice we can write to them afterwards so your records stay joined up.
Yes. We are recognised by Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, WPA, Simplyhealth, Cigna and Healix, and we bill most of them directly. Please bring your membership number and — for anything beyond a GP consultation — a pre-authorisation code.
Ninety-four per cent of appointment requests made before 16:00 are offered a slot within 24 hours, and we hold two emergency GP slots back each weekday for genuinely urgent problems. Ring reception if you need to be seen today.
We refer into a network of consultants at Bromley, London Bridge and Tunbridge Wells, and we will send your notes, imaging and bloods ahead of you. Most patients are seen by a consultant within seven days.
